What we collect

When you join, register for a session or place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number and, where you give them, your birthday, address and emergency contact. Payments are recorded as the amount, date and method — we never see or store your card or bank credentials.

Why we collect it

To manage your membership and its benefits, to confirm bookings and orders, to contact you about sessions you signed up for, and to keep the records the club needs to run.

Who it is shared with

Club administrators. Service providers who deliver a message or process a payment on our behalf handle only what they need. We do not sell member data or share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member and afterwards where the club must keep records of payments and memberships.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Members can request deletion from the member area; the club keeps what it is legally required to keep.
